Sit down before removing baby from
carrier.
Release both head support buckles and
fold down top of head support.
With your left arm supporting baby,
grasp the side-entry buckle handle

with your left hand, as shown.

With your right hand, press the handle release tab

and continue to hold
down. With your left hand, lift the buckle handle

upward until it clicks.
Twist the buckle handle

away from baby in an upward motion until you
hear a click.
Note: Twist until the handle tongue completely clears the groove

in the
holder.
Slide buckle handle

upward out of holder.

To unfasten the side-entry buckle
