It is possible to  start the engine by means of the
starter  within  the  whole  range  of  operation
speeds  as  well  as  flight  altitudes.  The  engine
started up immediately after switching the ignition
to START position.

If the engine is shut down, the altitude loss during
engine starting can reach up to 1000
