To connect the ba tt ery to the controller you must loosen screws of two-piece cover (A and B, Fig. 2) on the bo tt om
of the ba tt ery holder, connect the connectors and ti ghten them su ffi ciently (Fig. 3, 4). Screw connector cover back.
All screws must be ti ghtened su ffi ciently to avoid the transient resistance e ff ect when discharging (C, D, Fig. 3).
This e ff ect can cause the ba tt ery deep discharge, short circuit or damage to the material due to excessive
temperatures. Screws ti ghten with adequate force to prevent damage of the ba tt ery terminals.
Ba tt ery holder is mounted into the holes on the bike frame designed for moun ti ng bo tt le cage (Fig. 1).
Finally, insert the ba tt ery into the holder and lock key. Please pay a tt en ti on to the right and gently fi tti ng the
ba tt ery into the holder - ensures long life of the latch mechanism.
