After getting the measures drill the hole with a suitable
drill. M5 screws are mostly used for fastening so use drill
with 5 mm in diameter. Clean the drilled hole and heed
all safety precautions for such work (fig. 5). Thus adapted
bracket fasten to the bike frame with a long enough
screw that should reach along the all length of thread in
the bike frame. These screws are not provided (fig. 6).
Subsequently fasten the plastic bracket including the
contacts of the battery, making sure the rubber cable
bushing is properly seated. Now reinstall all the parts of
the bracket and tighten the TORX screws (fig. 7).
Connect the battery cable to the motor control unit, making sure you get the polarity right.
