TROUBLESHOOTING THE EVAKOOL APP
PROBLEM SOLUTION
I cannot see or
connect to the
wireless network
•
Check that your device has its Wi-Fi capabilities turned on.
•
Make sure you are in range of the fridge (normally around
10-20 meters).
•
Make sure you are using the correct passcode
“55555555” (8 x 5’s) for the Wi-Fi Network.
•
You may already be connected to a different
wireless network.
•
Turn the fridge and your phone off and on again.
I cannot pair the
fridge with the
application
•
Ensure that you are connected to the
fridge’s wireless network.
•
Check that the Fridge ID is the same as the wireless
network the fridge is projecting.
•
Make sure you are using the correct user ID and
Password.
If the above has failed, follow the below steps:
•
Uninstall the Evakool app.
Close all applications in the background.
•
Turn off the fridge and phone.
•
Turn both the fridge and the phone back on after a
couple of minutes.
•
Re-install the Evakool app.
