Europese richtlijn 2012/19/EC inzake Afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparatuur (WEEE), vereist dat oude
huishoudelijke elektrische apparaten niet worden geworpen in de normale stroom van huishoudelijk afval. Oude apparaten
moeten apart worden ingezameld met het oog op de terugwinning en recycling van gebruikte materialen te optimaliseren en
de impact op de menselijke gezondheid en het milieu.
Details en voorzorgsmaatregelen bij het gebruik van batterijen.

Het weggooien van batterijen in de natuur of bij het huishoudelijk afval vervuild en weerhoudt het recycleren van
kostbaar materiaal. Het is dus belangrijk om het gebruik van batterijen te beperken en de volgende instructies te volgen :
o
Gebruik bij voorkeur alkalische batterijen ( deze zijn langer bruikbaar dan salines-batterijen, en indien mogelijk,
heroplaadbare batterijen.
o
Breng afgedankte batterijen en accu’s naar de speciale punten bij de winkeliers. Zodoende wordt het materiaal
gevaloriseerd en zullen zo het milieu niet vervuilen.

De batterijen dienen goed geplaatst te worde in het apparaat, let goed op de polen.

Het verkeerd plaatsen van de batterijen kan breuk veroorzaken aan het elektrisch apparaat , of lekkage veroorzaken,
wat in de extreemste gevallen brand kan veroorzaken of een explosie van de batterij.

Om een goed functioneren te garanderen, zorg ervoor dat de batterijen in goed staat zijn. In geval van afwijking, plaats
nieuwe batterijen.

Probeer nooit batterijen op te laden indien ze niet heroplaadbaar zijn. Zij kunnen smelten, opwarmen en brand of een
explosie veroorzaken.

Verwissel de batterijen tegelijkertijd. Meg nooit saline-batterijen met alkalische of met heroplaadbare batterijen.

Gebruikte batterijen dienen uit het apparaat gehaald te worden.

Haal de batterijen uit het apparaat indien dit voor een lange tijd niet gebruikt zal worden, de batterijen riskeren namelijk
warm te worden, kunnen smelten en breuk veroorzaken.

Probeer nooit om kortsluiting te maken met een batterij.

Gooi batterijen nooit op het vuur, ze riskeren te exploderen.

Het opladen van accu’s dient gedaan te worden door volwassenen.

Er wordt aangeraden een kind die de batterijen verwisseld te controleren dat de instructies juist worden opgevolgd, of
het verwisselen van de batterijen zelf te doen.

Als een batterij ingeslikt wordt, raadpleeg direct een dokter of een vergiftigingen informatie centrum
-
Vergeet niet het apparaat mee te nemen.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
The device is intended exclusively for private and not for commercial use. Only use this device as describe in this
instruction manual.
2.
Keep it away from heat sources such as radiators, to avoid deformation of plastic parts.

Do not use coarse or abrasive sponges/cloths or steel wool to clean the appliance.
4.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capacities, or by persons lacking in experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed on the use of

this apparatus by a person responsible for their safety.Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with
this appliance.
B.
HOW TO USE IT
1)
Opening / closing the lock box
- Lower the valve
- Enter the 4-digit user code by turning the dials one by one. make sure the dials are properly aligned.
The default code is “0000”.
- Pull the box to tilt it down and access the compartment (when the box is not yet fixed to a wall, use a small tool to pry the
back of the box).
- Put away or take your keys.
- Close the lock box
- Confuse the combination dials to lock the door and conceal your combination
- Close the valve
2)
Inserting and / or changing the batteries
- Open the lock box following the instructions above mentioned
- Open the battery compartment located inside and insert 1 CR2032 end battery. Please observe the polarity of the batteries.
- Replace the battery compartment cover.
- Close the lock box
3)
Personalizing the secret code
- Open the lock box following the instructions above mentioned
- Remove the rubber protection to access the reset lever located inside the safe door, and slide it
in the direction indicated by the arrow.
Note: The reset lever can only be moved when the dials are set to the current combination. Select the new desired
combination on the open dials, keeping the door open.
Be careful with your fingers on the reset lever to prevent it from moving when setting the combination.
- Note the new combination for future reference.
- Check operation using the new combination. Note: Close as the door opens and closes. Otherwise, start over from the
beginning.
Slide the reset lever back to its original position and replace the rubber stopper.
DON'T FORGET TO NOTE YOUR NEW CODE AND STORE IT IN A SAFE PLACE.
TEST THE CODE AND THE OPEN BOOT LOCKING KNOB BEFORE CLOSING THE BOOT!
IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OF THE OPENING CODE, IT IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE TO OPEN IT!
4)
Securing the lock box
- Open the compartment door
- Position the safe on the desired surface using a level to check if the safe is in vertical position & mark the location of the
screw holes on the surface.
- Remove the lock box
- Drill the holes / If necessary use a hammer to place the anchoring devices
- Position the lock box and its rubber base
- Insert and tighten the screws
- Close the compartment door
- Confuse the dials to lock the door and hide your combination.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the product only with a dry or slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean the unit.
