Operation
4.1.
Switching
on
the
System
The
IL2050
LED
light
sources
are
fully
ready
to
be
used.
Simply
connect
the
blue
and
brown
power
wires
to
the
main
voltage
between
100
‐
240V
(50
‐
60Hz).
If
the
device
is
permanently
connected,
it
is
advisable
to
set
up
a
switch
or
a
circuit
breaker
to
switch
on/off
the
system.
Embedding:
The
surfaces
of
the
system
(except
the
mounting
plate)
shall
be
located
at
least
5
cm
away
from
any
wall
to
allow
appropriated
cooling.
In
case
these
distances
could
not
be
met,
it
will
be
necessary
to
set
up
a
forced
air
cooling
system.
4.2.
Harness
Implementation
Insert
the
fiber
harness
in
front
of
and
fix
it
by
tightening
the
screw
on
top.
The
outer
diameter
should
be
30mm.
The
effective
optical
diameter
is
25mm
maximum.
4.3.
Light
intensity
adjustment
An
internal
potentiometer
located
on
the
top
of
the
power
supply
module
allows
the
light
intensity
adjustment
from
60%
to
100%.
From
manufacturing,
the
light
insensity
is
adjusted
at
its
maximum.
Setting
procedure:
Remove
the
small
cap
on
the
right
part
of
the
power
supply
module,
In
using
a
Philips
screwdriver,
turn
the
potentiometer
to
adjust
light
output
(counterclockwise
to
decrease
the
intensity),
Remove
the
screwdriver
and
replace
the
cap.
