5. USE OF THE MACHINE
5.1. PREREQUISITES
•
Before every use of the compressor, verify the fuel level into the reservoir (F) and refill if needed.
• Verify the oil level into the motor using the (M) plug .
If needed, refill with 15W40 oil until you reach the level "Max".
• Verify the oil level into the compression head using the (D) eye .
If needed, refill with ISO INH 100 until you reach the level "Max".
• Open the air valve (G) to avoid the increase of the pressure into the tank .
5.2. STARTING UP
1 . Open the fuel valve (J) .
2 . Put the starter (I) .
3 . Turn the (L) motor switch to the "ON" position .
4 . Position the accelerator lever (N) to the middle .
5 . Pull the launcher to start the compressor .
6 . After a few seconds, remove the starter and close the air valve (G) .
7 . Connect the coupled device (spraying machine, etc . . .) onto the valve (G) and open it .
8 . The compressor is ready for use .
5.3. STOPPING OF THE COMPRESSOR
1 . Close the valve (G), then drain the air remaining into the hose .
2 . Disconnect the coupled device .
3 . Open the drain screw and let the compressor run for about 2 minutes to evacuate all the condensation
which was created in the tank .
4 . Turn the switch (L) to the "OFF" position to stop the compressor .
5 . Close the drain screw .
