Regular checks and maintenance
Regular checks and maintenance are very important in order to keep the engine running
reliably and in good condition. The generator set comprises a petrol engine, generator,
control panel and frame. Always switch the engine off when doing any maintenance. If the
engine is running, ensure it is located in a well ventilated area. The exhaust gases contain
toxic carbon monoxide gas. After use, the engine must be cleaned with a clean cloth to
prevent rust formation and deposits.
