Mounting the wheels
a) Insert the wheels into the axle and secure it with split pin.

b) Push the wheel cover onto the wheel and tap to fix it.

Mounting the lower handlebar
a) Screw the pun bolts (A) into the screw holes (B) in the housing.

b) Insert the handle plate of lower handlebar on the studs, then tighten it with securing knob.

The openings on the left and right handle plates are different.
