Curtain track operation and maintenance guide
How to operate your motorized curtains
Motorized curtain(s) are easy to operate, just press a button on the remote or wall switch. The curtain
will go to the desired potion.
If a power failure occurs, make sure to watch the curtain when operating, as in some cases this can
cause the preprogrammed limit positions (start and end settings) to be erased from the motors
memory. The curtain(s) could move passed the preprogrammed stopping positions and may
cause damage to the fabric and possibly the motor. It is advisable to not to operate the curtain
frequently in case of no power.
Always make sure that nothing is blocking the free movement of the curtain and nothing is blocking the
end stop causing the master carrier to become jammed or obstructed, before operating your curtain(s).
If the master carrier is getting jammed or obstructed press the stop button to avoid damage to the
fabric and/or motor.
If the motor/track and/or fabric have become damaged, please refrain from using the curtain and call
your
service partner at Euro Systems.
Maintenance schedule
It is advisable to check to follow the maintenance schedule guidelines for the total functionality of the
curtain(s). It will ensure a better operation of your curtain(s) and extend their lifetime.
Checking procedure
Clean all the inside of the curtain track to ensure smooth operation and movement of gliders
Check the brackets and screws of brackets
Check the curtain for any dust or dirt. If needed clean the fabric according to maintenance
manual of the installed fabric.
The motor electrical connection to be checked once every 6 months to be clean of dust and
loose connections
