AirRest Self Inflating Mats Instructions
To Inflate
•
Simply twist open corner valve(s) and set mat in location to be used.
•
First inflation, after coming from factory, may take a few minutes extra
to inflate but allow 10 minutes. Fig.1
•
The mat should have rolled out to full length and inflated.
•
You may need to blow a few breaths of air into the mat for a firmer
feel.
•
Thicker mats tend to inflate better as do mats stored inflated.
•
After inflating to desired level simply close off the valve.
To Deflate
•
Open the corner valve(s)
•
At the foot, end with no valve(s), start rolling the mat towards the
head. During this process you will be squeezing air out of the internal
foam and out through the valve(s). Fig.2
•
Once you have completed the roll process simply close valve(s) and
secure with straps (provided).
•
If you want to make your roll size even thinner you can fully unroll the
deflated mat, keeping the valve(s) closed. Start rolling once again with
valve(s) closed to about the half or three quarter point. Air will have
been squeezed into the head area. Open the valve(s) and complete the
roll pushing out the remaining air and close the valve(s).
Storage
•
Best storage is allowing the mat to be inflated with the valve open.
Position under a bed or stand in a closet. The storage location should
be dry and normal room temperature. Mats stored in this manner will
inflate faster.
•
Mats can be stored rolled and packed, valve(s) closed, again at room
temperature.
Care
•
Be sure to use on surfaces free of any sharp objects or edges that
could tear the fabric.
•
Be careful to remove sharp objects from clothing pockets prior to
using mats.
•
To clean, use warm water and a mild detergent scrubbing gently with a
cloth.
•
DO NOT leave in direct sunlight with valves closed as mat could
overinflate resulting in damage.
•
NOT designed for use in/on water.
Warranty
•

ufacturing defects
