Now connect your PC to the Eumex 504PC SE and restart your PC.

If your PC is not correctly connected to the Eumex 504PC SE, the following
screen will appear:

After the restart the PC is ready for operation, and the icon depicted below
will appear in the taskbar.

Note

If you connect the Eumex 504PC SE to your PC via the USB port prior to
installing the software, the Windows hardware wizard will report finding a
new hardware component. If necessary, enter the correct path to the Eumex
504PC SE CD-ROM.

net contained in the "Tips and Tricks" guide.

Assignment of Connectors to TAE Sockets

You can insert the TAE plugs of the analogue terminals into the corresponding
sockets on the EUMEX 504PC SE, or you can run 2-wire cable to remote TAE
sockets.
The cables connecting the Eumex 504PC SE to the individual analogue termi-
nals must not exceed 300m in length.
