9. AT+SET=n,value
Set the value of item with order number n
10. AT+GET=n
Check the value of item with order number n, n=0 means
to get values of all items.
11. AT+RESTORE
Restore to default
12. AT+CSQ
Check signal quality. Signal quality is checked and saved
before dialing, so it is not changed during the whole
connection.
13. AT+SIMID
Check SIM card's IMSI and CCID
14. AT+CELLID
Check base station's location number and cell code.
15. AT+OPER
Check operator's name
MD-309 2.6.2 and higher versions support the following new AT
commands, compared to version 2.4.7:
1. AT+UPTIME
Check device running time
2. AT+SMSPING=PN
ASK DTU to send an SMS to PHONE_NUM, with contents as
DTU's IMEI.
3. AT+SMSZHUANFA=txt,info_src,dest
Ask DTU to send an SMS with content "txt"(characters in
English and digits only) to info_src, then forward the reply
to dest.
MD-309 3.0.7 and higher versions additionally support the
following list of AT commands:
1. AT+SERTYPE?
Check serial port type, with reply 232 or 485
2. AT+SERTYPE=232
