The  SDV1092-8  Mixer  /  Equaliser  is  a  complex 
piece  of  electrical  apparatus  and  as  such  certain 
precautions  should  be  taken  when  using  this 
equipment.  These  precautions  are  generally 
commonsense  but  are  repeated  here  for  the  user’s 
guidance.  Operation  of  the  unit  in  an  un-safe 
manner will void any warranty on the product and 
could  be  detrimental  to  the  health  of  the  product 
and or user.   
 
When using the product the user should ensure that they: 
 

1)  Read  this  manual  before  undertaking  an  installation  using  the 
equipment. 
 
2)  Keep the instructions in a safe place for future reference 
 
3)  Take note and comply with all safety warnings in this manual and on 
the equipment. 
 
4)  Do not install the equipment near any heat sources such as radiators, 
stoves. 
 
5)  Do not expose the unit to water or moisture 
 
6)  Do not expose the unit to naked flames 
 
7)  Do not operate the unit in ambient temperatures exceeding 35°C. 
 
8)  Do not attempt to perform any internal adjustments unless authorized 

to do so by Semelab personnel. The unit has no user serviceable parts.

Protect  the  power  cord  from  being  pinched  or  otherwise  damaged 
particularly when plugged into a wall socket or extension cord and at 
the point of entry from the unit.  

 
10)Do not dispose of the unit, contact Semelab Plc for suitable recycling. 

Do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.

Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.

Do not open - No user serviceable parts inside.
