PISTON INSTALLATION

Install the piston with it’ s “ IN “ mark on the

intake valve side.

Install the piston pin with new pin clips.

Do not align the piston pin clip end gap with

the piston cutout.

NOTE: Do not allow the clip to fall into the

Crank case.

6.6 CYLINDER INSTALLATION

Clean any gasket material from the crank case

surface.

NOTE: Be careful not to damage the gasket

surface.
