TS:15:28:50.80 - LPM:ON (15:24:43.01 Start and 15:28:50.80 LPM ON = approx. 4 Minutes awake period)
TS:15:34:11.32 - LPM:OFF (15:28:50.80 LPM ON and 15:34:11.32 LPM OFF = approx. 6 Minutes)
... therefore we have a 10 minute sleeping period timer (SWT5) with a 4 minute period (set as Min Awake
Time, in the Main Init Tab) within the sleeping period where the modem is awake.
The wireless modem sleep mode functionality works on a sliding window and so the ‘sleeping period’ defines
the (approximate) maximum time that the wireless modem waits between sleep interrupts and the ‘Max
awake time’ is the (approximate) timeframe within that defined ‘sleeping period’ that the wireless modem can
send the data (be awake).
There is some variation possible within the wireless modem so that while you set a ‘Max awake time’ of 2
minutes it is possible that the unit will stay awake longer (up to 1 minute) because the wireless modem did
not finish all the required tasks within the allocated timeframe.
This will be more apparent the more you have chosen to send because each individual send will take a finite
amount of time and if, for example, you set an awake time that is too short for the sending of #21, #22, #5
and #4 data the wireless modem will wait for the next internal timer interrupt and if the ‘Max awake time’ has
