power” and “Allow this device to bring the computer out of
standby”.

For Windows 8, please follow below procedures:
Speed & Duplex : Start / Desktop / Libraries / Click mouse right
button on Network / Choose “Properties” / Change adapter setting /
Click mouse right button on Ethernet (Realtek PCIe GBE Family
Controller) / Choose “Properties” / Click “Configure” button /
Advanced / Property: Choose “Speed & Duplex” / Value: Choose
“1.0 Gbps Full Duplex”
