•  The product is for household/office use only.

•  In order to avoid overheating do not cover or

obstruct grilles or air intake openings when in use.

•  Do not place the heater on carpets with a very

deep pile.

•  Always ensure that the heater is placed on a

firm level surface and ensure that the heater is not

positioned close to flammable materials, such as

curtains, drapes etc as this could create a fire hazard.

•  The heater must not be located adjacent to or

against an electrical socket.

•  Do not run the cord under carpets/rugs.

•  Arrange the cord away from high traffic areas

and where it will not become a trip hazard.

•  Keep the mains lead away from the heater when

in use.

•  Do not operate the heater with a damaged cord/

plug or if the heater malfunctions.

•  If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced

by a qualified engineer.

•  Do not use the heater in any areas where petrol,

paint or other flammable liquids or flammable

fumes may be present e.g. garages or workshops.

for a short while when turned on for the first or

after a period of not being used.

ATTACHING THE FEET:

diagonally to correspond with the pre cut holes.

Fasten securely.

WALL MOUNTING THE HEATER:

CAUTION:

The heater must be installed away

from flammable surfaces at least 40cm between

the lower part of the appliance and the floor, 50

cm in front/side and 100cm below any given

surfaces as shown in fig. 1 opposite.

The feet must be removed before mounting the

appliance on the wall.

1.  Measure the distance between the two slots

situated at the back of the appliance (see fig.2).

2.  Drill two holes at the same distance in the wall

and insert a wall plug in each hole.

3.  Place the brackets facing the holes as indicated

on fig.3 (slots upwards) and attach them in this

position with the screws supplied.

4.  Before attaching the appliance on the brackets,

attach the two other brackets underneath the

appliance as indicated on fig.4.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE / FAN OPERATION:

This heater also incorporates an internal fan, which can be switched on independently of the heating

elements.

This is operated by turning the switch on to the “fan” symbol (opposite).

The fan will only operate with the thermostat in the “on” position and can be

used when the heating elements are “on” to blow warm air into the room.

In warm conditions the fan can be used with the heating elements “off” to

blow cool air into the room.

•  Choose a suitable location for the heater, taking into account the safety

instructions above.

•  Insert the plug of the heater into a suitable socket.

•  Turn the thermostat knob fully in a clockwise direction to the maximum setting.

•  Turn on the heating elements by means of the rocker switches on the side panel. When the heating

elements are on the switches will illuminate. For maximum heat output both switches should be on.

Example:

Switch one = 750W

Switch two = 1.25kW

Combined = 2kW

•  When the desired room temperature has been reached, the thermostat knob should be turned slowly

anti-clockwise until the thermostat click is heard and the lights on the element switches are seen to go

out. After this the heater will keep the air temperature in the room at the set temperature by switching

on and off automatically.
