6. The LCD screen will now display ‘0.0’ with the
profile number and gender, indicating that it
is ready to calculate measurements in fitness
mode.
NOTE:
• Profile settings can be adjusted at any time
by selecting the user profile and changing any
value in order to maintain the most accurate
results.
• If the scale is left idle for 6 seconds while in
user profile settings, the changed settings will
automatically save and the scale will be ready
for fitness measuring mode. To return to profile
settings, press and hold the
‘
’ button for 3 seconds.
Fitness Mode
NOTE:
• To quickly access fitness mode after weighing
yourself, press and hold the ‘ ’ button for 3
seconds.
• Make sure to be as accurate as possible
when inputting your personal profile metrics.
Inaccurate profile metrics may result to
inaccurate fitness readings.
1. While the scale is off, press the ‘ ’ button to
activate profile selection.
2. Use ‘ ’ and ‘ ’ to select the desired user
profile.
3. Once the desired profile is selected, press
firmly on the center of the platform to confirm
selection.
4. ‘0.0’ will appear along with the user number
and gender icon, indicating that the scale is
ready for measurement use.
5. Gently step on the scale, making sure your
bare feet are on the metal electrodes on the
platform surface.
6. Remain standing evenly on the scale, without
moving or shifting your feet or body while
the scale processes the results. The scale will
display and lock the stabilized results.
7. After displaying the calculated weight, the
scale will display the results in the following
order: weight, fat status and percentage,
hydration percentage, muscle percentage,
bone percentage, and calorie requirement. The
scale will cycle through the results three times
before shutting off.
