Secure the Front Lens
This kit secures the front lens in your 26° or 36° XDLT lens tube using a new lens bracket and screws
with pre-applied LOCTITE
®
threadlocker.
Tools required:
• 4.5 mm hex key (for accessory door)
• T20 TORX
®
screwdriver (for lens tube housing)
• #1 Phillips screwdriver (for lens bracket)
1.
Remove the lens tube from the fixture,
and place the lens tube on a flat surface
with the front lens facing up.
2.
Remove the beam focus knob and
washer, and remove the screw and spacer
on the opposite side of the lens tube.
Remove
knob,
washer,
spacer, and
screw
3.
Open the accessory door. Use the 4.5 mm
hex key to remove the two hinge screws
securing the accessory door, taking care
to hold and then retain each spring as
your remove the hinge screw on that side.
Then remove the accessory door.
Open door, and
remove hinge
screws while
holding springs
