III. PREPARATION AND USE OF VACUUM CLEANER
Remove all packing material, take out the vacuum cleaner and the accessories. Assemble
the vacuum cleaner by holding the adapter with your hand and by turning it to the left by
90 ° and insert the vacuum cleaner on the bayonet (Fig. 2). Turn the adapter by 90 °
back to the right until the adapter snaps into the cavity in the vacuum cleaner. The
vacuum cleaner can be disassembled in the opposite way (Fig. 3). Slide the selected
accessories to the intake duct of the vacuum cleaner (Fig. 4). Plug the power cord to
a socket. Plug the power cord to a socket. Switch the vacuum cleaner on and off by
turning the knob on from “
O
” position to “
min
” position (Fig. 8). You can regulate the
suction performance of the vacuum cleaner by turning the knob towards the position
to “
max
”. The minimum suction power is recommended for fine fabrics (e.g. curtains,
drapes). The maximum suction power is recommended for floor coverings (e.g. heavy-
duty carpets). After finishing work, switch off the vacuum cleaner and unplug it from power
supply. Wind the power cord to the hook and cavity on the bottom part of the vacuum
cleaner (Fig. 16). Type is equipped with a bow shaped handle that makes manipulation
and carrying the vacuum cleaner easier.
CAUTION
Do not switch the vacuum cleaner on and off by unplugging the power cord from
a socket. If the knob is in “
min
” or “
max
“ position and the vacuum cleaner is leaning
(e.g. against furniture, wall), the vacuum cleaner can fall and it can be damaged due to
the aggregate (motor) moment.
!
Dust filter replacement
If you find out that the suction performance of the vacuum cleaner is reduced, make sure
that the dust paper dust bag is not full and if necessary, empty it. Put the bottom part of the
vacuum cleaner on a flat base, hold the lid in the cavity and remove it by pulling (Fig. 9).
Hold the dust filter at its head, remove it from the throat by tilting and remove it from the
suction space of the vacuum cleaner by pulling it upwards (Fig. 10).
