III. PREPARATION AND USE
Remove all packaging materials, take out the all accessories. Remove all adhesive foils,
stickers or paper from the accessories. Before first use clean the parts that will come in
contact with food using warm water with detergent, thoroughly rinse with clean water and
wipe dry, if necessary allow to dry.
Citrus fruits press (O)

Mount the propulsion O1 shaft in hole the gearbox N . Mount the citrus press O on
propulsion shaft O1 so that it slides down, then secure it by turning it clockwise till you
hear a snapping sound (at the same time). Pay special attention to this operation . Now
insert the bowl O2 and the sieve O3 into the citrus press. Slide the press spike O4 on the
propulsion shaft O1 by pressing lightly. When disassembling accessories proceed in the
opposite way. If you are going to juice big citrus fruit, slide the spike attachment
O5
lightly
on the spike O4 .

Insert the assembled citrus fruits press O into the mount at an angle of approximately 45
o
and secure in a horizontal position by turning anticlockwise (you will hear a click). Now the
citrus fruits press is ready for operation. To disassemble the entire citrus fruits press press
the release button, turn the citrus fruits press clockwise and pull it out of the multi-function
head mount (pic. 5).
Attention
– Never turn the appliance without crimping mandrel mounted!
– Do not process frozen fruit or fruit too hard (e.g. pineapple, mango, etc .).
– Do not apply much pressure on the press spike.

Food preparation
The appliance is intended for pressing citrus fruits (e.g. oranges, lemons or grapefruits).
Always use fresh, ripe fruits which will give you more juice.
Wash the fruit thoroughly.
Cut citrus fruits into half pieces.

Under the citrus fruits press place the suitable container for juice. Insert the power cord
plug into a power socket. Put the appliance into operation by turning the speed dial to
one of the speed levels ( MIN ) appropriate for mincing your ingredients (see table). Half
the selected citrus fruit (e.g. orange, lemon, grapefruit) and press them onto the press
spike O4 . The juice is pressed and runs through the sieve into the dish. The protrusions
on the spike push out the pulp. This processing method prevents the drive unit from being
overloaded appliance to stop. After finishing processing, turn off the appliance press by
turning the dial to position 0 / OFF .
