The fridge is not turning on:

Check that the power cord is properly connected to a power outlet or 12V socket.

Ensure the power switch is in either the “cool” or “heat” position.

If the fridge is still not turning on, contact

The fridge is not cooling effectively:

Place the fan switch into the “normal” position. Check to see if the fan is running.

Run the fridge for 15 minutes.

Touch the four screws inside the fridge to check if it is cold.
