NOTE: The fireplace comes with the Faux Log Bed in place, and can be used as is. To switch to
crushed glass, rocks or faux branches, follow these steps with two capable adults.
STEP 6:
You must
unplug the backlight connector
prior to completing any further steps.
When facing the unit, the
connector plug is located on the left of the fireplace.
STEP 6a:
While one person holds the glass panel, remove the two screws at the top edge of the
fireplace with a screwdriver. Together, carefully remove the front glass panel and set it
aside on a clean soft surface.
STEP 6b:
Remove the two log bed screws (one at each end of the log bed), and lift the log bed out.

Leave
no glass pieces where children or pets can find them.
