7. While the first operator carefully takes out the filter
cartridge,
the 2nd operator carefully folds the disposal bag over the
complete filter cartridge.
8. Close the end of the bag and fasten it securely with a
cable tie.
9. Using an industrial vacuum cleaner, clean the cover of
the housing where the filter cartridges are inserted.
The dust must not be dispersed while this is being
done.
10. Insert new filter cartridges in the housing.
11. Insert the cleaning unit back into the filter cartridges.
12. Insert the fixing nuts for the filter cartridge and tighten
them.
13. Using 2 people or suitable lifting gear, set down the fan
unit and seal it tight.
14. Re-connect the compressed air supply.
15. Power the product on at the connected main system.
16. The product is ready for operation.
The manual cleaning unit must not rub against the cartridge support cage after the
filter cartridges have been installed and during rotation.
