BEFORE USING THE DEVICE FOR THE FIRST TIME, PLEASE READ 
THESE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND KEEP THEM 
FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

Precautions

• 

Do not use this microphone or its accessories for any 
other purpose or with any other devices than those 
intended.

• 

Protect the microphone and its accessories from dirt, 
moisture and overheating.

• 

To prevent any risk of fire or electric shock, never expose 
the microphone or its accessories to high temperatures, 
excessively high humidity or direct sunlight, and keep 
them away from sources of heat.

• 

Do not leave the microphone or its accessories where 
they could get splashed.

• 

Do not allow any liquids to penetrate into the microphone 
or its accessories.

• 

Never put heavy objects on top of the microphone or its 
accessories.

• 

Avoid subjecting the microphone to excessive vibration 
or impacts.

• 

Use a soft cloth to clean the outer coating of the 
microphone. Never use solvents such as petrol or 
alcohol or abrasive products or sponges.

• 

Never immerse the microphone or its accessories in 
water or other liquids. Keep the microphone in a dry 
location after use.

• 

Make sure you keep the windscreens in good condition 
with regular upkeep and take special care to prevent 
them getting damp.

Never use the windscreens when damp. Allow them to 
dry completely before use.

• 

Never attempt to modify, disassemble or reassemble the 
microphone yourself. Repairs may only be carried out by 
qualified personnel.

Keep the microphone and its accessories out of the 
reach of children.

• 

Take care not to bend, crush or pinch the cables, or 
expose them to sources of heat.

Make sure you never leave trailing cables as this could 
cause a trip hazard.
