Using the Essentials M.I.S.T.

 System

1) To fill the M.I.S.T.

 Fogger, unscrew the reservoir cap and fill the tank with M.I.S.T.

 Solution. If diluting, fill the tank with 5-parts 

water and 1-part M.I.S.T.

 Solution. Take care not to fill above the fill line, as damage to the motor can result. 

2) Replace the cap, making sure to screw it back on tightly to the tank. For the M.I.S.T.

 Fogger to operate correctly, the cap must

be screwed-on tightly to create the necessary pressurized chamber within tank.
3) Unwind the power cord and plug it into a centrally located outlet in the room to be disinfected. 
4) Lift the M.I.S.T.

 Fogger and place the strap on your shoulder or cross-body to distribute weight.

5) Unlatch the hose and point it away from your face.
6) Turn on the M.I.S.T.

 Fogger by pressing the power switch located on top of the machine.

7) Spray the M.I.S.T.

 Solution from floor to ceiling in a zig zag motion, covering all areas and objects in the room. The M.I.S.T.

 Solu-

tion is safe for use on all surfaces and objects, including electronics. Take care not to saturate areas, as excessive moisture

could damage surfaces.
8) When all areas of the room have been fogged, turn off the machine and re-latch the hose. 
9) Unplug the power cord and wind it back around the M.I.S.T.

 Fogger for storage.

10) Allow disinfected areas and objects to dry for 10 minutes. 
11) Disinfection is now complete! No need to wipe or rinse. 

Tips and Troubleshooting

1) Leftover M.I.S.T.

 Solution, (diluted or undiluted,) can remain in the tank until next use. 

2) To avoid clogs and build-up, periodically run the M.I.S.T.

 Fogger for several minutes with plain clean water.

3) Only use the M.I.S.T.

 Fogger with M.I.S.T.

 Solution or the warranty will be void.

4) Do not direct the M.I.S.T.

 Fogger directly at smoke detectors. 

5) In the event the M.I.S.T.

 Fogger is not producing adequate mist: 

 

a) Ensure the reservoir cap is screwed tightly onto the tank.

 

b) Make sure the tube inside the tank is pointed down into the M.I.S.T.

 Solution and has not inadvertently

 

been turned upwards.

 

c) Check the nozzle head inside the hose opening to look for clogs. (A screwdriver can be used to remove

 

the nozzle head for cleaning.)
