LIGHTING AND CONTROLLING THE FIRE

Before lighting the fire ensure that all parts are in the correct position, see Figure
3.

Ensure both air controls are in the open position by moving the controls to the
LEFT, the oven damper is opened by rotating the control COUNTER-CLOCKWISE,
and the flue damper opened by pushing the lever to the REAR of the cook stove.

Open the fire door and lay two logs along the base of the fire box forming a
space between them.
