HANDSET OPERATION
Switching the handset on/off
¾
In the standby mode, to deactivate the handset press and hold the
key for 3 seconds.
¾
To reactivate the handset press and hold the key again for 3
second.
When the handset is deactivated, no call can be received.
Paging the handset
You can locate your handset using the base station.
¾
Press the PAGE button on the Base Station.
The handset will ring for 1 minute.
Answering call
When there is an incoming call, the telephone number is displayed when sent
by the network otherwise CALLING is displayed.
If the number is stored in the Phonebook, the name will appear and the handset
will ring the respective melody.
When the incoming call is an internal call the display shows the calling handset
number.

To answer an incoming call, press the key or the key.
¾
Upon completion of a call press the key.
If the auto-answer function is active and the handset is on the Base Station:
¾
Lift the handset to answer the incoming call.
¾
To end the call place the handset on the Base Station or press the
key.
Making an external call
You can use Direct Calling or Pre-Dialling to make an external call.
