For the purpose of proper using & maintaining the kitchen scale, please read this
instruction completely before operating.

Please, open the cover of battery holder and install the batteries into it.

OPERATION
Put the kitchen scale on a hard & flat surface.
Press the “ON/OFF” key and on the scale display will appear “0” in 3 seconds.
Put the object that will be weighed into the container, the weight will appear on the
display.
TARE
Leave the first ingredient weighed in the container, press “TARE” key to reset the
display to “0”. Add the rest ingredients to the container and the weight will appear on
the display, and so on.
SWITCH OFF
After finish weighing, press the “ON/OFF” key.
When you step off the scale, it will automatically switch off. If no weighing is carried
out while the zero is being displayed, the scale switches itself automatically after
approximate one minute.
UNIT EXCHANGE (g/oz)
Press the “MODE” key, you can choose the unit of “g” or “oz”.
