1. Pole mounting of the TGAES requires the use of the supplied mounting plate.

The Receiver (RX) and Transmitter (TX) must be placed at equivalent elevations. 

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:

Connect wiring to the TGAES terminal blocks.   

NOTE:  The TGAES is shipped as a pair (Receiver and Transmitter).  The Receiver
and Transmitter have identical serial numbers and labeled inside of the
housing (’RX’ for receiver, ‘TX’ for transmitter).

Communication wiring connections (4-20mA, RS-485, relays) are made at the 
Receiver (RX)

1 Access the TGAES Wiring terminals by unscrewing and removing the 

threaded rear cover.  

2. Connect wiring to the appropriate terminals on the terminal blocks.  

Refer to diagram on Page 6 for terminal label and function.

3. When completed, replace the treaded cover on the TGAES.  

4. Run the earth ground wire to the external ground stud on the TGAES 

body
