SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS
1.1 Use a qualified person to maintain the jack in good condition. Keep it clean for best and safest performance.
1.2 The maximum load is 1.8 ton.
DO NOT
exceed this rated capacity.
1.3 Air pressure must not exceed 0.83Mpa, 120psi, 8.5kg/cm

1.4 Use only clean, dry air.
1.5 Do not adjust the safety valve.
1.6 Locate load on the center cap of the jack only-make sure that no load is supported by the top plate of the jack.
1.7 Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.

DO NOT
attempt to work on the load or enter the area under the load while it is being supported by the jack.
1.9
DO NOT
attempt to move the load while it is being supported by the jack or have already loaded on the jack.
1.10 Remove ill fitting clothing. Remove ties, watches, rings and other loose jewelry, and contain long hair.
1.11 Wear ANSI approved safety goggles when operating the jack.
1.12 Keep proper balance and footing,
DO NOT
overreach and wear nonskid footwear.
1.13 Only use this jack on a surface that is stable, level, dry and not slippery, and capable of sustaining the load. Keep
the surface clean, tidy and free from unrelated materials and ensure that there is adequate lighting.
1.14The jack is not recommended for use in lifting or positioning houses and/or other building structures.
1.15 When lifting a vehicle, apply the emergency brake and block all wheels.
1.16 Immediately after lifting, support the load with appropriate supporting equipments such as jack stands of adequate
capacity!
DO NOT
work under a load which is supported only by a jack.
1.17 Before lowering load ensure that there are no obstructions underneath and that all persons are standing clear. Keep
hands and feet clear.

DO NOT
use the jack if damaged, any suspect parts are noted or it has been subjected to a shock load.

DO NOT
operate the jack when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any intoxicating medication.

DO NOT
make any modifications to the jack.

expose the jack to rain or any other kind of bad weather.
1.22 If the jack need repairing and/or there are any parts that need to be replaced, have it repaired by authorized
technicians and only use the replacement parts supplied by the manufacturer.
1.23 Replace warning labels on the jack if they become damaged, faded or in any way difficult to read.
1.24 Keep these instructions in good condition and ensure that they are read and understood by anyone intending to use
this air jack.
