FLAME Parameters
IGNITE TIME Ignite time if an oxy-fuel ignitor is wired. Not used on Crossbow.
PREHEAT TIME
Preheat time for oxy-fuel cutting. Enter the maximum time required
to preheat the plate before cutting oxygen is turned on.
TORCHUP TIME(M70)
Timer to raise oxy-fuel torch at end of cut. Without automatic height
control, this is not recommended on Crossbow.
TORCHDN TIME(M71) Timer to drive torch down at start of oxy-fuel cut.
PIERCEUP HIGH(M72) Timer to raise torch at beginning of piercing.
PIERCEDN HIGH(M73) Timer to lower torch at end of piercing.
PIERCE TIME
Time between energizing the cutting oxygen solenoid valve and
starting cutting motion. Set longer for thicker material.
CUT-OXY BLEED DELAY
Delay at end of cut before moving, to allow cut oxygen pressure in
hoses to bleed off, avoid damage to part.
USE HIGH-PREHEAT M24
Use high preheat if high preheat valves are installed. Not used on
Crossbow.
GAS ON M ORDER Internal M-Code Order. Do not change.
LEAVE PREHEATS ON
For use on systems with preheat valves installed. Not used on
Crossbow.
