OPENING AN INSTALLATION

LISTING INSTALLATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

Allows access to the installations found in the database,
in order to query or modify any data.

Open the installation:

•

by clicking on the “Open Installation” icon in the
header menu, or

•

by clicking on the “ERREKA” icon drop-down
menu, or 

•

by clicking on a a specific installation in the "Index
of existing installations" list

Go to the “Installations/Maintenance Index” icon in
the header menu.

Select "Installations Index" in the drop-down menu.

A list of existing installations is displayed.

The "Type", "Memory", "Description", "Year",
"Month" filters can be used to display the list of
installations by type, by description, by year or by
month.

Select "Maintenance Index" in the drop-down menu.

A list of the maintenance agreements registered

so far is displayed.
