Use
Before first use: Clean the product with warm water and mild
detergent. Rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly.
The enamel surface is not suitable for dry cooking. Always use
a little butter or cooking oil and make sure that the bottom of the
product is fully covered before heating the food.
Before removing food from the product: Leave the food and the
product to cool down a little. This is the amount of time the baked
batter needs to stabilise and for a layer of air to develop between
the product and the food.
Cleaning and care
Always allow the product to cool down before cleaning. Never
submerge the product in cold water while it is still hot. The
temperature shock may damage the enamel. Also, do not fill the
product with cold water.
Wash your product with hot water and off-the-shelf detergent.
First, soak any food residue and remove using a wooden scraper,
sponge or brush.
This product is suitable for dishwasher. However, to prolong the
life of the product, we recommend to hand wash the product with
warm water. Use a mild detergent with a non-abrasive wash cloth
or sponge.
