USB Driver 

1. 

Use your ERM username (given by ERM support) and password to enter 
the ERM Portal at: 

http://erm.co.il/protocol

  

2. 

Go to the Tools link at the lower left. 

3. 

Click the USB Driver link, download the tool to your computer and install 
it.
