Guidelines

This section first gives an overview on how the mechanism is to configure
the EXN400. Secondly the sequence and examples on what to enter is
given.

7.2

Accessing the EXN400

Configuration of an EXN400 is done via a terminal connected to the
EXN400 via a hyper-terminal or by using a telnet session.

If the EXN400 is reached via a Telnet connection the following default
settings are valid.

Note:

The default setting is saved in a erasable memory and will be

deleted if the commands in section 7.3.1 on page 157 are
executed.
