Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich beim Kauf Ihres neuen Zweibeinständers für ein
Produkt aus unserem Haus entschieden haben.
Lesen Sie vor Gebrauch die nachfolgenden Montage- und
Sicherheitshinweise aufmerksam durch. Bewahren Sie die Hinweise
sorgfältig auf und geben Sie diese ggf. an den Nachbesitzer weiter.
Montage
Die Montage setzt eine entsprechende Grundkenntnis voraus. Sollten Sie über
diese nicht verfügen, so wenden Sie sich bitte an den Fahrrad-Fachhandel.
Entfernen Sie mit Hilfe eines 6 mm Innensechskant-Schlüssels die
Klemmschraube
c
und die Gegenplatte
d
.
Fahrrad mit Ständerplatte
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Auflagefläche
e
mit der Größe der Ständerplatte am
Rahmen übereinstimmt.
Setzen Sie nun die Auflagefläche
e
von unten in die Ständerplatte am
Rahmen ein. Sollten sich dort Züge befinden, so drücken Sie diese in die dafür
vorgesehenen Aussparungen
f
.
Setzen Sie nun die Gegenplatte
d
von oben auf die Kettenstreben und
befestigen Sie diese mit der Klemmschraube
c
.
Ziehen Sie die Klemmschraube
c
anschließend mit einem Anzugswert
von 21- 23 Nm fest.
Überprüfen Sie anschließend die Freigängigkeit der Kette. Schalten Sie hierzu
alle Gänge einmal komplett durch.
Fahrrad ohne Ständerplatte
Überprüfen Sie, ob der Abstand zwischen dem Tretlagergehäuse am Rahmen
und dem Hinterradreifen für die Montage ausreicht.
Setzen Sie nun die Auflagefläche
e
von unten an die Kettenstreben am
Rahmen an. Sollten sich dort Züge befinden, so drücken Sie diese in die dafür
vorgesehenen Aussparungen
f
.
Richten Sie den Zweibeinständer so aus, dass im eingeklappten Zustand
zwischen den Beinen und dem Hinterradreifen ein Abstand von mindestens
15 mm vorhanden ist.
Setzen Sie nun die Gegenplatte
d
von oben auf die Kettenstreben und
befestigen Sie diese mit der Klemmschraube
c
.
Ziehen Sie die Klemmschraube
c
anschließend mit einem Anzugswert
von 21- 23 Nm fest.
Überprüfen Sie anschließend die Freigängigkeit der Kette. Schalten Sie hierzu
alle Gänge einmal komplett durch.
Wartung
Um eine dauerhafte Funktion zu gewährleisten, sollte der Zweibeinständer
regelmäßig gewartet werden.
Säubern Sie hierzu sorgfältig den gesamten Bereich der Gelenke
g
sowie
den Verbindungssteg
h
mit einem biologisch abbaubaren Reinigungsmittel.
Fetten Sie nun den gesamten Bereich der Gelenke
g
sowie des
Verbindungstegs
h
mit einem säurefreien Fett, das Sie über den Fahrrad-
Fachhandel beziehen können, nach.
Austausch der Füße
Sollten die Füße verschlissen sein, so können diese bei Bedarf ausgetauscht
werden. Zum Austausch gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Biegen Sie mit Hilfe eines flachen Schraubendrehers die Befestigungs-
lasche
i
um 90° nach oben.
Spannen Sie anschließend den unteren Teil des Fußes im Schraubstock fest
und ziehen Sie diesen dann ab.
Schieben Sie nun den neuen Fuß wieder soweit auf, bis die Befestigungslasche
eingerastet ist.
Sicherheitshinweis
Kontrollieren Sie den Anzugswert der Schrauben nach ca. 500 km und
anschließend regelmäßig im Rahmen der Service-Intervalle,
mindestens
jedoch 1 x pro Jahr
.
Um einen Sturz oder Unfall zu vermeiden, muss der Zweibeinständer
nach einer Beschädigung unbedingt ausgetauscht werden.
Gewährleistung
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Eventuelle Gewährleistungsansprüche
sollten über den Fahrrad-Fachhandel abgewickelt werden.

Before using the kickstand please read the following application
and safety instructions carefully. Keep the instructions in a safe
place and pass them on to the next owner if necessary.
Assembly
Assembly and fitting require the relevant technical knowledge and skills. If you do
not have these, please contact a specialist bicycle dealer.
With the aid of a 6mm hexagonal key you remove clamping screw
c
and counter plate
d
.
Bicycles with a stand plate
Check if supporting surface
e
matches the size of the stand plate.
Now place supporting surface
e
from below into the stand plate on the
frame. If there are cables here you press these into the notches
f
provided
for this purpose.
Now you place counter plate
d
on the chain stay from above and fasten it
with clamping screw
c
.
Tighten clamping screw
c
to a tightening value of 21- 23 Nm.
Finally you check that the chain can move freely. For this purpose you should
engage all the gears once.
Bicycles without a stand plate
Check if the distance between the housing of the bottom bracket bearings
on the frame and the tyre of the rear wheel is sufficient for the assembly
operation.
Now you attach supporting surface
e
from below to the chain stay on the
frame. If there are cables here you press these into the notches
f
provided
for this purpose.
Adjust the double-leg kickstand in such a way that when folded into place
there is space of at least 15 mm between the kickstand and the tyre of the
rear wheel.
Now you place counter plate
d
on the chain stay from above and fasten it
with clamping screw
c
.
Tighten clamping screw
c
to a tightening value of 21- 23 Nm.
Finally you check that the chain can move freely. For this purpose you should
engage all the gears once.
Maintenance
In order to maintain the double-leg kickstand in a functional condition it should be
maintained regularly.
For this purpose you carefully clean the entire area of joints
g
and
connecting bracket
h
with a biodegradable cleaning agent.
You grease the entire area of joints
g
and connecting bracket
h
with an
acid-free grease which can be obtained from bicycle retailers.
Replacing the feet
If the feet show signs of wear and tear they can be replaced. To replace them you
take the following steps:
Using a flat screwdriver you raise fastening clip
i
upwards by 90°.
Fasten the lower section of the foot in a vice and then remove the foot.
Next you place the new foot into position and push it until the fastening clip
clicks into place.
Safety
instructions
You should check the tightening value of the screws after approx. 500 km and
after that during the regular service intervals,
but at least once a year
.
In order to avoid a fall or an accident, the pedals should be replaced
immediately if they become damaged.
Warranty
The statutory provisions apply. Any warranty claims should be implemented
through a bicycle dealer.
