Attach the
2 ½”
diameter base to the double socket arm.

Remove the monitor from its stand and unscrew the mounting
plate from the back.
5.
Position the shoulder washers in the appropriate holes in the
VESA base and then attach the base to your monitor using
either the M4-0.7 pan head Phillips screws (purchased
separately) or the ones that came with your monitor (if they are
long enough).
6.
Attach the VESA base to the end of the double socket arm by
inserting the rubber ball on the square VESA base into the other
end of the double socket arm. Position your monitor
comfortably and tighten the arm securely.
