Battery installation

• Unpack the scales; remove any stickers that can prevent unit operation
• Remove the battery compartment lid (4) and insert a “CR2032” battery (supplied with the unit), 
following the polarity.
• Install the battery compartment lid (4) back to its place.

Note:

 If there is isolation insert in the battery compartment, open the battery compartment lid (4), 

remove the isolation insert and install the battery compartment lid (4) back to its place.

Battery replacement

• If the image on the display (2) becomes less sharp, replace the battery.
• Open the battery compartment lid (4), replace the old “CR2032” battery with a new “CR2032” 
battery, strictly following the polarity, and close the battery compartment lid (4).
• If you are not going to use the scales for a long time, remove the battery from the battery 
compartment.

Recommendations

• Weigh yourself at one and the same time of the day.
• 2-3 hours should pass after taking a meal.
• Place the scales on one and the same place to get the most precise result.

Attention!

If an indication «Err» appears on the display, it means that the scales is overloaded. Step off the
scale immediately to avoid its damage.

Measurement unit selection

The weight measurement unit selection button (3) is located on the bottom of the scales.
Select kilograms («kg»), pounds («lb») or stones («st») as measurement units pressing the button.

Weight measurement

• Install the scales on a flat stable surface.
• The unit is switched on when you step on it.
• The symbols «0.0 kg», «0.0 lb» or «0:0 st» appear on the display (2) depending on the selected 
measurement units.
• Step on the scales and stand still. The weight indications on the display (2) will flash during 
eighing. Wait until the indications stop flashing.
• Your weight will be shown on the display for about 10 seconds, and then the unit will be switched 
off automatically.

Notes

• If the scales work improperly, try switching the power off; to do this, open the battery 
compartment lid (4) and remove the battery. After some time install the battery back in its place.
• Refer to authorized service specialist for maintenance.

CLEANING AND CARE

• Clean the scales with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
• Never use abrasives or solvents.
• Do not immerse the scales in water or any other liquids; do not wash it in a dishwashing machine.
• Keep the scales away from children in a dry cool place.
