ErgoTight Pro Numpad / use of the separate numeric keypad
The ErgoTight numeric keypad comes with two cables. With the small cable you can connect the
numeric keypad to the compact keypad. With the long cable you connect the numeric keyboard
directly to the computer via a USB port.
Ergonomic use
Once this product is also ready for use, you can place it next to your keyboard when needed. This is
also a form of ergonomics. Due to this extra flat design, the wrist remains in a neutral flat position
and does not have to be curved as with a relatively high standard keyboard. The front can be raised
slightly so that it feels even more comfortable with blind and loose typing (piano position). By using
this keyboard, both the mouse and the accompanying numeric keyboard can be used within the body
width, so as a right-handed person you can place the numeric keyboard to the right of the keyboard
and vice versa. This ensures a more relaxed posture in the neck and shoulder and prevents excessive
muscle tension.
The numeric works like any other numeric keypad.
Note: You cannot see whether the numlock is on or off. You will notice this as soon as you press, for
example, the 2, 4, 6 or 8 and the page jumps. Once you hit the numlock once again, you can use it
numeric as usual.
