When the "PC Mode" key has been pressed, the screen ap‑
pears as shown at right. The ergometer is waiting for com‑
mands from the ERS system (cardiological rehabilitation).
The following actions can be directly initiated from the
keypad:
Pump on:
Turns on the pump of the optional electrode applica‑
tion system.
The key label changes to "Pump off".
Pump off:
Turns off the pump of the electrode application
system.
The pump will switch to the blast mode for about
10 seconds to clean the electrodes.
Pump medium:
Allows the vacuum intensity of the electrode applica‑
tion system to be adjusted: high, medium, low.
Display ECG:
The current patient ECG will be displayed to allow the
ECG electrode application technique to be checked.
The gain can be modified with the +/‑ keys.

The saddle height can be adjusted.
(These softkeys are displayed only on ergoselect Reha
models equipped with the Comfort package.)
Display:
Individual values can be displayed with large digits,
with each key press you advance to the next value.
As soon as the ergometer receives commands from the
controlling ECG unit or PC, the waveform display will start
and the corresponding vaues will be displayed.
The exercise test can only be terminated with the corre‑
sponding command from the controlling ERS system.
