MAINTENANCE
The filter in the Customizer 2 is disposable and must be replaced
periodically to maintain the high efficiency of the system. Contact
your dealer for replacement filters.
The Customizer 2 is equipped with the patented “Media Lok” system,
that creates an airtight seal. This feature eliminates the risk of system
contamination due to filter “blow by”, and also holds the filter in a
secure position for maximum efficiency.

1. Open the access door by grasping the handle and pulling firmly towards you.
2. Pull the dirty filter straight toward you until it is removed from the unit. Discard appropriately.
3. Slide the new filter into the Customizer 2 with the air flow arrows pointing in the direction of the
air flow. An air flow label is located on top of the Customizer 2 cabinet.
4. Replace the access door.
The filter in your Customizer 2 should be replaced at regular intervals. The filter should be
replaced when there is a noticeable lint build-up on the filter surface, usually 6 to 12
months.
