Jacknut Installation
for fixing into non-reinforced sections
Carefully push the
Jack Nuts into the
drilled holes, to position
Using an appropriate Philips hand
screwdriver, carefully tighten screws until a
firm fix is achieved (you must not use a power tool to tighten)
Place jig over internal plate
& drill 9.50 holes
Fit screws in Nu Mail Shield then
wind Jack Nuts on (finger tight)
Fit letterplate with
supplied screws
Fit support bushes to
external plate
