10. ELECTRIC CONNECTION

The vending machine is supplied with a power cord to be plugged into the socket provided in the
back side.
WARNING
-
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for your vending machine installation and
will therefore have to make sure that the power supply system is in compliance with the
safety regulations in force. If in doubt, do not continue the installation and ask qualified and
skilled personnel to carry out a complete check on your machine wiring system. Also make
sure that the electric network to which your vending machine is connected has suitable
specifications for the maximum load required by the machine and indicated in the data plate.

Make sure that the electrical plug is easily accessible even after installing the machine.
• The electric system of the vending machine has been carried out by using components and
following criteria which guarantee the highest reliability and safety during use.
Before connecting to the building electric system, be sure that the mains voltage and fre

quency correpond to those reported on the identification plate placed on the machine (± 10%).
The mains must be protected by a high-sensitivity differential switch (In = 16A - Id = 30 mA)
and earthed. The earthing of the machine is essential and compulsory.
Apart from the connection to the electrical mains, do not carry our any other intervention on
the electrical system of the machine.
Do not use electricity reducers and multiple plugs. Avoid using extension cords.
