Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting with LED Error Indications

Table 3-12. Paper is not loaded completely without any error indication

Step

Detail phenomenon

Check point

Remedy

In the ASF sequence,
the paper is loaded.
But, PF roller does not
rotate and paper is not
loaded completely.

1. Check if the PF motor

connector is connected
to the CN12.

2. Check if the PF motor

coil resistance is about
7.8 ohm by using tester.

3. PF motor drive in not

transmitted to the PF
roller.

1. Connect the PF motor

connector to the CN12.

2. Replace the PF motor.

3. Check if the PF motor,

Spur Gear 73.6 and
Combination Gear 16,
21.6 are meshed correctly.

4. If the problem is not

solved, replace the Main
board with new one.
