Overview

Epson Driver and Utilities

Installs the Epson communications driver (EPSON SC-F6200 Series Comm Driver or EPSON
SC-F6000 Series Comm Driver) .

The EPSON communications driver is used to perform the communications required to
copy paper settings via the EPSON LFP Remote Panel 2. These are not printer drivers for
printing. Furthermore, the printer status may not be displayed in the software RIP if the
EPSON communications driver is not installed when the printer is connected to a
computer via USB. Refer to the software RIP manual for details about the status display.

EPSON LFP Remote Panel 2*

The EPSON LFP Remote Panel 2 is software used to copy paper settings set via PC and
update printer firmware.

Epson Network Utilities

Select this option during installation if the printer and computer are connected via a
