If a panel type requiring extra control signals is selected (REG[0Ch] or REG[48h]),
GPIO[3:0] are used for the required signals. This leaves GPIO[7:4] available for USB
support or as GPIOs.

If USB support is enabled (REG[4000h] bit 7 = 1), GPIO[7:4] are used by the USB
interface. GPIO[3:0] remain available for extended panel interface support (HR-TFT,
Casio or Type 2/3/4 TFT) or as GPIOs.
