Using the Optional Heart Rate Chest Strap

Attaching the Heart Rate Chest Strap

The heart rate chest strap attaches to your chest and communicates with your device using Bluetooth.
For best results, slightly dampen the electrodes shown here before attaching it.

Attach the heart rate chest strap as shown here with the electrodes against your chest.

Caution:

You cannot use the optional heart rate chest strap underwater; it is not water resistant and will

be damaged if used in water.
